BUBBLE WRAP® brand Fill-Air Extreme inflatable air pillows are our standard air pillow option, now composed of 55% PCR and 40% PIR for a total high recycled content of 95%. This sustainable material is designed for comparable strength compared to the virgin counterpart, all while comprising of less total plastic due to thinner gauge than competing products. This lightweight material saves on freight costs and energy consumed when compared to paper void fill.

Consumable purchases using UPS® Digital Connections subsidy are allowed only when purchased alongside any packaging systems. Additional consumables can be purchased with a credit card at the special discounted rate.
